* Update lua.conf.xml

Hook the feature_event lua script to Freeswitch "PHONE_FEATURE_SUBSCRIBE" events.

* Create index.lua

* Create feature_event_notify.lua

Riccardo Granchi 390a5d4724 Engineered the management of bridge failures in local extension, with optional variables which by default provides the standard behavior.
