Voicemail - When reviewing voicemail the menu 0 goes to the main menu. When a voicemail is being left use 0 will send the call to the operator. When 9 is pressed fix the emailed notification.

Change the direct dial max digits to 4 on voicemail.lua it is recommended the park_slots dialplan be prefixed with a * on pre-existing installs.

Add * to check voicemail remotely. Add direct dial option to voicemail when leaving a voicemail message. For security numbers prefixed by * are not allowed and number of digits are limited.

Replace start_epoch with created_epoch to fix the message in the voicemail to email. Use voicemail_id with the message_waiting function to fix MWI. Add a few more commands for logging to the console.

Add max_digits to the macro function calls. Wrap 'if session:ready around most actions so that if the call ends that it doesn't throw unnecessary errors simply because the call ended.
