Language file merge from translation server.

Update the translations from the translation server. Includes the following new languages Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, and Swedish Sweden. Thanks to those that put in the effort to add these languages additional translator volunteers are welcome.

If NEITHER exist, will load /resources/login.php.

Add a new Spanish translation donated by José Manuel Calquin Heinsohn. 'es-cl' for Spanish from Chile he says he tried to translate in a way that would be generic enough to work for most Spanish dialects. This commit covers just fusionpbx/core still need to integrate the translations for all features in fusionpbx/app directory.

Make the login.php use the correct app_languages.php file. Reason to do this is because login.php in the root is put in a position as being part of the core so I wanted the translations to be part of the core as well. And user settings is related to the user login. App/login is in the app directory to make the login and logout as an optional part of the menu since they could be incorporated in the theme.
