Adrian Fretwell c1ca1b4866 Allow user with only contact_view permission to click on contact record to view numbers etc. (#5153) 
* Update contacts.php

Added contact_view permission to allow users with only contact view to open contact record to see numbers addresses etc.  See also update to contact_edit.php to remove save buttons if user only has contact view.

* Update contact_edit.php

Added permissions to only show save button if user has permissions contact_add or contact_edit.  This is in conjunction with the update to contacts.php

Adrian Fretwell 07ed791e68 Update contacts.php default sort order 
Added a default sort order that can be set by the session, if unset defaults to last_mod_date descending.  Added a secondary sort on contact_organization ascending.

Chris Black 7b99a14f67 Yealink directory listing for extensions, groups, users contacts (#1588) 
* Fix Yealink provisioning for contacts/groups

Fix the Yealink provision templates to allow for directory_extensions,
groups and users.

* Fix group_uuid and user_uuid messup

* Yealink directory and provisioning changes

Includes the changes from PR 1582 with some fixes to the SQL.

Also merged all the directory_* options into ONE directory.xml

Will need to call the it with any of these:

http://mydomain/app/provision/?file=directory.xml&contacts=groups

http://mydomain/app/provision/?file=directory.xml&contacts=users

http://mydomain/app/provision/?file=directory.xml&contacts=extensions
