<!--
NOTE: The XML below is not complete. For now it's just to get
you started with provisioning an SPA3102 and *not* intended as
a complete, ready-to-run provisioning configuration.
Provisioning reference documenation is at:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9894/
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/csbpvga/ata/provisioning/guide/Cisco_Small_Business_IP_Telephony_Provisioning_Guide.pdf
Additional XML examples in sipXecs source code at:
http://github.com/dhubler/sipxecs/blob/master/sipXconfig/plugins/linksys/test/org/sipfoundry/sipxconfig/phone/linksys/spa3102.cfg
Or see git commit 9c60c0a3:
http://github.com/dhubler/sipxecs/commit/9c60c0a32c54a245dde3dff9916ccd65620fdd65
Using IVR menu to change phone settings, reboot, etc.:

Note there is a "ua" attribute that can be set on the XML elements
below. Valid values are:
* ua="na" - no access for *users* via web interface
* ua="ro" - read-only access for *users* via web interface
* ua="rw" - read/write access for *users* via web interface
The "ua" element *does not* affect access by admin users of the web
interface. That means if you do not set an admin password using the
"Admin_Passwd" element below, setting the "ua" attribute values is
probably pointless.
