update to fix array count of emails ( #6046 )
...
at line 269 if this is set to ZERO all emails are bcc. this causes problems for normal recipients and scripts that depend on a TO field existing.
Setting to 1 will have it be a normal to: if its 1 email address and if its more than 1 it will do the BCC steps.

* Support for Disabling Non-configured ports on GXW42XX gateways
When patching in an ATA at facilities like residential facilities, we don't want dial tone on un-configured ports. This makes it so that the device will disable ports that have no user id configured so they don't provide dial tone. The behavior can be reversed by setting grandstream_fxs_enabled to 1 in the settings.

Multiple email addresses not working when sending to mailgun using AddAddress. After changing it to AddBCC it resolved the problem for mailgun.
