* Calculate timeout for Follow-me
Need to calculate the timeout for Enterprise RG members that have extensions with follow-me.
The RG timeout should always take precedence over a follow-me timeout value. What we do is take the delay of the follow-me destination and subtract that from the ring group timeout to give us the total timeout of the destination.
Example:
RG 1: x1000 (Delay=0, Timeout=10)
RG 2: x2000 (Delay=10, Timeout=10)
x2000 has follow-me enabled
FM 1: x2000 (Delay=0, Timeout=15)
FM 2: x3000 (Delay=5, Timeout=20)
In this example we would want x2000 ring for 10 seconds and x3000 to ring for 5 seconds.
What if we changed this... FM 2: x3000 (Delay 15, Timeout=20)
In this example we wouldn't want x3000 to ring at all because it would start to ring after the RG timeout has expired. Our calculated value would be a negative value, -5. These negative values don't work as leg_timeouts in the dialstring, so we need to test for them.

We need to make sure that the delay for the leg takes into account the delay from the RG and from Follow-me.
Also, let's use the timeout from the RG instead of the follow-me member
I believe that call_timeout from the original destination should be unset, so that call_timeouts of the various follow-me destinations can work properly.
One might be tempted to scoff at such a small set of paging controls, yet that would be a grave mistake. Though small stature they work just as well as their bigger brother whilst also providing their own unique experience to the user.

Reload Default Settings. I Flushed Cache and Reloaded XML just for good measure.
Also make sure transcription is set to TRUE in your voicemail box.
Null UUID's are not very kind. They will sneak into your CDR's when you aren't looking and break an otherwise very nice database INSERT statement. We cannot tolerate that sort of behavior.

Chrome is no longer supporting autocomplete="off". The new standard for Chrome is autocomplete="new-password". This also seems to work for Firefox as well.

We need a way of the dialplan identifying calls that are generated by follow-me using loopback. This setting couple with a dialplan statement allows us to identify and set proper caller-id-name/number.

Two things:
1. Follow-me should only kick in when using "Enterprise". As it was written, follow-me was looked at for every strategy.
2. Follow-me destinations were writing to 'destinations[x]'. They should write to 'destinations[key]' so they rewrite the current destination that is being analyzed.
Recording Descriptions are very important when using recording slots. They should be displayed on the main page and not relegated to an unremarkable corner of recordings_edit.php. No longer will Descriptions hide in the darkness. Now is the time for Descriptions to come forth into the light and shine brightly as a beacon of hope for all superusers and admins that seek their aid.

This scenario was broken:
A ring group member forwards their phone to a destination. The destination is an external number and the outbound route had a toll_allow condition.
This error would be generated: [ERR] switch_cpp.cpp:1376 [route_to_bridge] Unsupportded condition: ${toll_allow}
This PR will get the toll_allow values from the RG member that is forwarding their phone. Then it will pass it to 'route_to_bridge.lua'.
Add check for duplicate call records. Duplicate records will cause the entire db insert to fail. I have tested this with the /app/xml_cdr/xml_cdr_import.php method for cdr insertion.
This grabs a recording if started by bind_digit_action "*2" or by "nolocal:api_on_answer=uuid_record ${uuid} start ${recordings_dir}/${domain_name}/archive/${strftime(%Y)}/${strftime(%b)}/${strftime(%d)}/${uuid}.${record_ext}".

MWI was not turning off after messages were deleted for extensions that start with 0. Search all profiles for the sofia_contact. For some reason on server it would automatically search all profiles, but on the other servers I had to add "*/".
Break the ring group query into two parts. One for getting the ring group info. Another for getting the ring group user.
If a user was not assigned to a ring group, then the query will fail to return a result. This will cause forward, prefix, distinctive ring, etc to not work properly.

Add the necessary permissions in order to use the database save function (fusion 4.3) when coding for voicemail option adds/deletes/updates.
I realize these voicemail permissions overall will probably get cleaned up even more once the whole app is updated to use the database function, but this is a stop gap measure. I am working on adding voicemail options to the Bulk Account Settings app and I'm stuck without these permissions. The function is kicking a out 403 Forbidden.
